I have a “carry-on” suitcase that is 23x15x10. It was given as a gift since it was supposed to meet the normal airline restrictions but now that I am going to use it I realize most airlines have the 22x14x9 restriction. Is this really going to be a problem for me? Ideally I’d like to avoid having to gate check it and pay the fee, especially since it’s only 3 linear inches total.
