150 lsat, 3.5 gpa. Email this afternoon. Was on waitlist since march

Hello, I am applying to law school to start fall 2027. However, I expect that I will have to take 2 weeks off around october for a sports competition. Is this possible? Or is 2 weeks too long?

150 lsat, 3.56 gpa (4 years) . maybe next yr

Still in osgoode queue, since feb 12th apparently. Any reason I haven't heard back? Just curious to know. I figure its a tough cycle but frustrating to not have heard anything back yes or no, annoying to be in the limbo. Anyone else the same?

Currently waitlisted at a school I am interested in attending, should I write a letter of continued interest? I want to make sure I am still considered, but worried if I send something like this it may seem desperate or pushy, especially if I get a response like "all candidates will be notified if a spot opens up etc". Any advice from those who have done this before?
