Need sadistic massage therapist

I have a really messed up back. It is SUPER tight from years of sports, lifting, bad posture, terrible mattress etc. and I need a massage therapist who is honestly sadistic. The handful I’ve had, even deep tissue with firm pressure, don’t even come close to what I need. I need someone who is going to try to make me cry. To zero in on pressure points and knots and not hold back. I need the strongest hands on the east coast. Does anyone know someone like this in Reston or nearby? I am desperate and grateful for recommendations

Edit: Thanks everyone for the recommendations - I have a couple of places to try and will be doing so over the next few months! Will report back 🫡

Pain Crisis

I am 33, 6ft, 200lbs dude. I have broad shoulders and sleep on my side.

I got a S&F estate firm tight top 2.5 years ago (I know already that it was the WRONG bed, we realized too late), and had unbelievable pain between my shoulder blades for about 6 months. We then got a saatva topper which helped a ton but within another 6 months the mattress developed a gnarly sag and the pain came back worse.

I previously had a tuft and needle that was nice for a few years then got too soft and caused lower back pain. It’s currently in our guest room and I have tried sleeping in there and still have the same pain.

I have been to physical therapy, gotten X-rays to see if something is wrong with my spine. I lift weights, I stretch, I get massages when I can. The only thing that helps is the right bed. I have not slept through the night in 2 months and I am desperate at this point.

I have been looking and have a couple of options at varying price points and quality that I am considering and just want anyone with a similar situation to give me some feedback. The beds I have tried and liked are:

- Winkbed luxury firm: Felt great in the store, decently priced, decent trial period, heard there are consistency issues but good customer service. I’m wary of bed in a box mattresses though. I also tried the Plus and liked it but am concerned with the feedback that people say they got one MUCH firmer than what they tried in store. That would be a deal breaker.

- Purple Restore Plus: Maybe my favorite that I tried in the store, no hotspots at all but I’ve heard they have questionable quality / longevity for the higher price and people either love or hate them.

-Tempur luxe breeze medium hybrid: Comfy but DAMN expensive and have seen people say it takes longer to break in than the trial period and that they are either too hard or sag prematurely etc. I know some people absolutely love them.

I know these are all pretty different, I just want to sleep and am terrified of doing all this research and spending the money and having to go through this again in 2 more years.

Any help is massively appreciated.

Edit: if anyone like me has good pillow recs too I will take them.
