Group of 8 women looking for safe vacation rental in Nassau.

We are a group of 8 women considering Nassau as the destination for our girl's trip. We would prefer a vacation rental vs. resort so that we could all be together and have a kitchen. Here is our wish list...

SAFE LOCATION!!

BUDGET-$5,000-$6,000 if possible for 5-7 nights

BEDROOMS - 4

BATHROOMS - Preferably 4 but at least 3

WALKABILITY - Would love to have amenities such as restaurants, maybe a bar, grocery store, etc within walking distance or at least a short drive.

BEACHFRONT or OCEANVIEW would be wonderful!

POOL- private pool not necessary but access to a pool would be fabulous!

I keep seeing villas at Palm Cay pop up on Airbnb. Not quite sure about that area. I would appreciate any advice on staying in Nassau. It seems to be the most accessible for us with easy flights and looks to be more affordable than other spots in the Bahamas. Thank you for reading!

ISO 2 bedroom 2 bath home near downtown

Looking to see if anyone knows of any homes ideally no more than 15 minutes to downtown with at least 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Budget is $2k and lease can begin in July, August or September 1 at the absolute latest. I have saved searches on Zillow and it may be a little on the early side as many are available now or in June. Also, while searching, it seems so many immediately get multiple contacts right after the listing is posted. I would appreciate any tips in how to find a place before it gets snatched or if anyone has inside scoop of something that may be coming available in the next few months.
