Hello

I am driving from Calgary this upcoming week to spend a night somewhere in the mountains ( possibly the place at Saskatchewan crossing?)

I realize I cannot get to Jasper in such a short period of time, but I thought I would ask some of the experts here if there is somewhere that you know of that I can stop and get a good view of the stars?

It's my understanding that there is a dark sky preserve but again I don't know that I can get into Jasper.

If you have any tips about how far I should attempt to come towards Jasper before turning around for Calgary I'm wide open as suggestions, and I appreciate the help.
