Curious how you got into estimating.
Did you actually desire to be an estimator as a career? Or....
Did you want to come in out of the field and working with the tools?
Did (or do) you want to be something else, and this is a steppingstone to that?
Did you take (or get put in) an estimator role, and just kind of stayed with it due to being comfortable?
