I always aim for 60 plus at 200 stds but I see people with less, like 50-55. Is there a significant difference between the two? Does it depend on the game play style? what's your preference?

I'm trying to make a precision rifle basically a sniper with one of these I don't know which one because I haven't bought either one yet I need help choosing or should I just get the Roosevelt ?
