Need recommendation on “temporary” shed

I need a shed. My garage is overflowing. I’ve decluttered and downsized as much as practical, however as my kids and their interests grow, we need more space. In my ideal world I’d build my own wood 8x15 or 10x20 shed, and completely customize the interior to store everything I need in a safe and easy to access manner.

The only logical and convenient space to put a shed in my back yard is on a utility easement where there is no chance of waiver. There are overhead power lines, cable, internet, etc (and multiple carriers - both Verizon and comcast service my area for example). and sewer underneath.

So if any of the many public or private utilities, above or below ground, decide my shed is in the way I have to move it immediately at my own cost.

Looking for recommendations on the best way to do this. My best idea is a resin shed on 1.5” thick concrete pavers, leveled as best as I can get with minimal sand and stones. I will be storing yard tools, zero turn lawn mower, snow blower, and other heavy items.

Are there other recommendations? Has anyone done something similar?

Outlet & Junction Box

This outlet is on the side of my island, made of cabinetry (3/4” maple, I believe but could be wrong). The plastic junction box is missing the pieces where the outlet screws in.

My first thought was to remove the junction box and replace with a new one, however the screws holding the junction box to the cabinet are very close to the cut out, and I’m worried if I remove the screws I may wreck that and not be able to attach a new one to it.

Is there a way to add something to the existing junction box so I can attach the outlet to it?
