Incomplete prints, advice appreciated
Good day to all. I have just begun using my Anycubic MonoX2 printer, but am experiencing difficulties getting to grips with resin printing.
I'd like to print this item:
https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/shield-generator
I first sliced it in Anycubic Workshop, but didn't check the slicer settings. Didn't place the object at an angle. Print failed. Figures, learned a lesson, so I thought.
For my second attempt I used Lychee and did check the settings. But again, my print failed.
For the slice made with Lychee I used the recommended settings by Anycubic and placed the object at a 45° degree. I use Anycubic Standard Black resin.
Furthermore, I made sure my printer was nice and warm by having my Chitubox heater on, at 27°C / 80.6°F.
I'll go ahead and try printing the test file that came with the printer, but I was wondering if anyone has an idea what I'm doing wrong.
Thanks!
PS: the print in the first picture is a cleaned and cured one, no worries.
UPDATE:
The sample file came out perfectly. I think I'll check the slicer settings of the sample file and compare it to what I have used.
