Okay, I have a problem

Ive already talked about my first two pads. P15 is my main pad, T480 was bought for it parts but then I fell in love with it. Since then, it has become my project pad for when I'm doing DIY anything. But then...

- I bought a T400 for $15 while looking at this XP desktop on marketplace.

- Bought a X1 Yoga gen 3 because I wanted a more comfortable touchscreen to utilize the stylus I got with my P15.

- Now I also have a T14 gen 1. It was $100 and aside from missing the ThinkPad badge and a couple screen blemishes, its works perfectly fine. What will I do with it? Idk.

This Pad is boring, It just works too well.

My T480 that I originally bought for $80 for it's dual 16 GB of RAM at the beginning of the shortage. It was listed on Marketplace for having a dead backlight. While installing linux to test the motherboard, the screen came back to life. Yay, right? Wrong. The Motherboard or CPU was causing RAM/video issues. Waited until I could snag another 8th gen motherboard for $40 on ebay, ordered a new internal battery, and an external 72 Whr battery. Running endaveourOS on it and it just exists.

Battery life feels infinite with this 8th-gen i5, I've needed very little TLP tweaks. This thing also just runs so cool, with PTM-7950 I'm typically around 40 degrees celcius. When I hit 60, the fan comes on for a sec, and drops back down in seconds. No dual heat pipe needed tbh.

There's enough power to browse the web, use discord, and remote into my homelab. While testing new hardware/software configs for my homelab, I hook this up to my Sonnet eGPU/PCIe box and play around on the T480 first.

I've been doing a lot of traveling for work lately, so I haven't used this as much. My MacBook Air and my P15 are the go-to travel laptops. It is nice that whenever I return to the T480, it turns on, updates, and runs with 0 issues.

My only complaint is the 768 panel, but my other two laptops make up for it.
