Bike hitch slightly touching frame

Should I be concerned about this? Most I would probably take this bike on the rack would be 2-3 hours away. Doesn’t seam to be too much pressure on the frame.

The bike is a BH aeroligjt rc, fully carbon fiber frame.

Is this a good bike for my first Ironman 70.3

For context I am ~6’2” and the bike is listed as a BH Aerolight RC XL and at $500

This is what the description says:

Big bike! 6’2 and up only. Full carbon frame/fork in excellent shape. 11 speed Ultegra groupo (friction front derailleur) in great condition. Specialized Sitero TT saddle. New tires. Arm pads and tape are tired but hanging in there.

Selling for my dad who has retired from triathlons/tt. less

I feel like it’s a steal am I missing something ?
