Was chronically underweight most of my life and have been on my fitness journey for little more than 2 years now.

Went from 3 to 4 days a week. Currently on a UL split.

Caloric surplus at 300 to 400 over maintenance. 5g of creatine a day. Feels like I'll always be on a permabulk.

Still feel like I have a long way to go, but slowly but surely getting there!

Progress / 56 kg to 73 kg / 2 yrs 3 months

40 M, 182cm, been underweight most of my life and finally committed to gaining at 38. Nowhere near my target goal weight and physique yet, but happy that I haven't received any comments about being a skeleton and needing to eat in some time now. Clothes fit better, feeling stronger. It's true what they say, never too late to start.

Question to you experienced lifters who were formerly skinny out there: how long should a bulk cycle go for us thin people?
