Auto flower?

This is a mystery auto flower bonus seed. The other two never grew over 33” tall. This one is finishing out at just over 68” so far. Same package same soil just a year later. Why or how could this be?

I’m looking at possibly trying CO2 in one of my grows but as this would be a test I’m not looking to spend a ton of money. 3x3 VIVOSUN grow tent system. Currently looking at an exhale grow bag as a way to get started. My question are they effective and worth the 30-40 dollars?
