Young potted blueberry after transplant. Advice?

I have a young container blueberry (~6 months old) that has been stressed for about 3 weeks and I’m trying to figure out the main issue.

Recent changes/history: Originally in a small nursery pot. Had flowers/fruit buds initially. Went through some hardening-off/environmental stress outdoors
Recently transplanted into a ~3.5 gallon glazed ceramic pot with drainage hole

Soil mix is roughly: pine bark fines, Canadian peat moss, perlite. Root crown is intentionally left exposed slightly above soil level. Added a light pine bark top layer around exposed roots only
Conditions: Gets morning sun and some evening sun (~6:30 PM). Avoiding harsh midday exposure
Outdoor container setup. No fertilizer added yet after transplant. Watering based on finger moisture checks.

Any advice? Pains to see the young bush like this. Should I leave it alone and let it recover or does the current pot/setup seem off, plan on slowly size increasing.
