I have been working in the BPO onsite space for about 3 years now, I also have qualifications in Computer networking, but all I seem to land in this Country is, customer service role in BPO’s which leads to basically nowhere, no promotion whatsoever and meager salary’s. I decided to try my hands on applying for remote jobs this year, and up until now, no avail. I’ve been on sites likes of Hubstaff, Upwork, etc but nothing seems to be working…what do I do?
