Repeatable jiggybop pattern. Patterns are great to practice; and also to think up your own patterns to solidify muscle memory and brain elasticity. It doesn’t have to be elaborate, just new and challenging.

These two shapes are almost like outside and inside version of the same trick, butterfly takes 2 passes to get back to neutral hand position and dragon only needs 1.

Think of butterfly as using your back muscles and dragon the front ones.
