Hey all,

Super novice here, had this landscaping done late last year, since then it’s kind of become, ugly?

Hedges also aren’t really growing (I understand it is winter)

Just wondering what the best care or change would be from here regarding soil, mulch feed etc,

Any advice is welcome! Thank you
