Regence just failed to come to an agreement with MultiCare. Now my wife and I are having to find another new doctor in a few years and with the doctor shortage this is just a pain. I can't go with Kaiser because they won't cover my specialists. Anyone know where I can go to complain about our only two providers are Regence or Kaiser?
