Hi! I am a Penn State Dickinson Law student who lives next to the Dickinson College campus. Dickinson’s parking policy allows permit holders to assign their permits to another individual, so I am looking for a Dickinson student who does not need a parking permit and would be willing to purchase one and formally assign it to me.
