The transformation of my goldfish
Here is the incredible glow-up of my two goldfish, Albino and Fausto!
They lived for years at my grandma's with really bad maintenance in a 30L (8 gal) tank. They were skinny, pale, and Fausto had severe ammonia burns. I couldn't let them die, so I started treating them and doing daily water changes to save their lives.
Once I saved enough money, I bought this temporary 200-liter (53 gal) patio pond with several live plants and a serious filter. Look at them now! They became so thick, active, and vibrant. Fausto got his deep orange back, while Albino naturally turned into a beautiful solid white.
My next step is saving up to upgrade them to a 500-liter (132 gal) dedicated pond for the rest of their lives. It's honestly mind-blowing to think about how they managed to survive that nightmare, but seeing how happy and healthy they are today is the most beautiful feeling ever.
