Ive opened one of my plenny shakes bags in march/april and was wondering if its still eatable. Due date should be one year, but does that still apply to opened packages? This doesnt say clearly.

Quick question here. I've been using L-theanine on and off for about a year now. I notice there is a difference in effect depending on the brand you buy. Lately I've been using capsule supplements from WeightWorld with B6 and black pepper extracts, but wondering what your go to choices are.
