Mysterious Stalker Cipher
My cousin is a TV personality and has been receiving strange messages from an anonymous person online. Today he got sent this image. I’ve tried to look up what type of code or cipher it could be, but I’m not experienced when it comes to decoding these types of things. Could anyone point me in the right direction? Thank you!!
