Where do I even begin?
This neglected bonsai was given to my boss and she asked me to see what I could do with it. I have no experience with bonsai and am at a loss on where do even begin trying to shape it up and make it look nice. Any advice is appreciated!

Greenhouse only had it labeled as "hoya" but not a specific type. I was thinking maybe hoya chelsea because of the rounder leaves?
