3)Life Size-Lashes in Foxy Lashes (never taken out of box)

  1. Solid Pink Disco Palette (never worn)

  2. Cold Shoulder highlighter (sampled on hand, never used, is fragile/crumbly)

  3. Box (used, but need something to ship stuff in)

Also, if anyone's interested I have a two MAC lipliners (Spice and Greige) which are both lightly used but full pencils (never sharpened)

* Giving away because colors/textures don't work for me, otherwise awesome products

**Also I have no history of HSV or cold sores

First come/first serve and I will ship in box

**Okay, makeup has been claimed! As you all can tell, I buy a bit of Trixie stuff, so I will definitely do this again the next time I need to do a cull.

Eight flights this year including out of what seems like the world's teensiest runway (Nice, France)!

Hi All!

Recently flew to and from France, just in time for the heat dome! I have had a gradual reduction in my fear of flying over the past couple of years, in part because of this community. On boarding the return flight, I didn't need my anti-anxiety medication and didn't have any issues (despite some turbulence).

I'm not entirely sure what's changed for me, but the most noticeable thing is how normal the noises, bumps, tilts, and whirrs during the flight are. It's normal that the plane shakes, feels bumpy, is loud or that FAs need to be in their jump seats. It's no different than being in a car, or train, or boat (just safer).

I fully expect that my anxiety levels will vary and that I'll have flights where I'm scared. But I wanted to drop a note just saying that it is possible for it to get better.

Paris for the heat wave, advice?

Title. We are going to be there next week with temps in the high 30's. We don't have air conditioning where we are staying. What do Parisians do to stay cool? Any recommendations welcome.

Exams on Boarders (light discussion)

We have a significant number of patients waiting for placement, which in some cases can take months. Vitals might be once daily and we don't do labs. For patients in this population, how often do you do physical exams, and/or how much time do you spend with them daily when you round? We don't have any real policies, and each doc is different (some lengthy chats, some just throw a peace sign through the doorway).

-For me, I try to find something new each day to put in the subjective section but literally every note is "Meemaw continues to endorse bilateral neuropathy, well controlled with gabapentin" etc etc

-I also (and I know this is a me thing) find myself feeling really awkward around patients or families of patients that have been in the hospital for weeks/months. I usually have nothing to say "you're right, she really DOESN'T like orange jello, haha" and most questions are for case management.

Wondering how others handle this
