Anyone find out that by just using one of these and correcting your sleep posture dramatically changed your AHIs? Thinking I might not even need the CPAP now.

I have a 8-10 year old Osprey Atmos 65 that I have never used and always stored indoors. I’m planning a trip soon to the AT and discovered that the interior coating might be breaking down… it has that funky smell and slightly sticky to the touch feel. Is this backpack toast? I’ve had plenty of tents to do this to me.

Surely they make them more long lasting? Anything you can do to preserve gear like this?

Just started therapy 3 months ago and have finally plateaued to some level of decent sleep.
Now the Big Sleep industry has clicked on, with supplies forthcoming and HSAs draining. Can anyone tell me the real deal here? Do I need a new mask, hoses, etc. as much as they tell you? $$$$$
Does insurance keep you handcuffed?

I want to do a one or maybe two night hike with my 14 yr old son, possibly close to a town where my wife can join a bit and then head off to a motel. We’re coming from the Raleigh area. We’re experienced hikers but have never done the AT. Let me know your ideas and recommendations.
