Does anyone else think that this parade may not be the best idea?

Just got hired by Ace Hardware...but the hiring manager/manager of the store already seems like a dick...busted my balls during the interview about gaps which I did fully explain...I sense he's desperate for help because of younger staff quitting...I need the money but his vibes are already giving me red flags...

I'm a mature man with plenty of retail experience just like him...but again, I'm getting second thoughts.
