Have 10k to play with
Looking for some advice. I invest all my savings with a financial advisor and haven’t been getting anywhere near the returns I see on Reddit. I don’t plan on leaving them as I don’t want to loose my main retirement but I am looking to invest some on my own to learn and hopefully get some higher returns.
I’m 40 year old Canadian and have 10k to start with in a wealthsimple account. I’m willing to take higher risk stock and ETFs as my main profile with my advisor seems fairly conservative. Just wondering if anyone has any advice on what I should do with the 10k? I do understand the risks of potentially loosing this.
