DPO 11, One Step Home Early Pregnancy Test, Am I Making It UP?

So it's 11 dpo today and I just took a test from One Step Pregnancy Test. It's not the morning urine but I just couldn't stop myself even though it's already afternoon. Do you see the tiniest second line or am I just making it up? We've been trying for a couple of years now. I had 2 laparoscopic surgeries, to remove cysts and myoms. So I'm hoping for the best!!
