Revelation one-ups Throwback and meets the expectations of many hack players: All 386 Pokémon from the first three generations can be obtained in this hack. As overwhelming as that may sound, this hack makes everything feel natural. Here's how:
All but two obtainable Pokémon should be recognized as legal when transferred to the Gen IV games on onwards.

The Virtual Console Version is your normal, everyday injection. It's the one used in the official eShop/hShop games you've downloaded before. The mGBA Version is a N3DS exclusive. It offers more customization options like button mapping, screen size, and fast-forwarding.
Pokémon Phoenix Red maintains the heart and soul of FireRed while introducing new twists, quality of life updates, and surprises in Pokémon’s most famous region:
However, 75+ Pokémon (as of v2.0) have been substituted into the roster for the most unused Pokémon originally in the game.
For example, Pokémon like Corsola, Chimecho, Kecleon, and Luvdisc were substituted for Pokémon like Electivire, Garchomp, Sylveon, and Annihilape to be added to the game.

This IS listed as "AI Assisted"
The file is so small, NSUI doesn't know how to make it into a Virtual Console file. I can only get this to run on mGBA. That means it's probably N3DS only. If you have an O3DS, let us know if you try!
It uses the Japan ROM as the base. The story is in Japanese, but all the important info and menus are in English.

Both route splits are played sequentially, first Ephraim's and then Eirika's. After Chapter 15 the game follows Ephraim's version of each map.
New event where the player can choose which units to travel with Eirika and Ephraim after chapter 8.
Units that join during the route split are divided between the routes based mostly on story considerations. Full details listed below.
Recruitable enemy units that are removed from each route have been replaced by generic replacement units. Recruitable green units removed from routes are not replaced.
Units that uniquely join Ephraim's route will all be reinforcements in chapter 15 if they survive.
Units that left at the route split will return at the end of chapter 15.
Rewritten and removed dialogue conversations to reflect certain characters being removed from certain routes.
Some added dialogue to go with the new route split events.
The battle preparations shop now sells door and chest keys to compensate for only having a thief on one route.
Other notes:
Seth is in cutscenes on both routes. You cannot avoid Seth. (He is still only playable in one of the two routes based on player selection).
The convoy is still shared between both routes. Hopefully this doesn't break the balance too much. Trying to split up the convoy wasn't working out.
Unit distribution for route split units:
Ephraim Route:
Tana (Cormag has a bigger plot on Eirika's route, and Ephraim needs a flying unit).
Amelia (Has more plot relevance in Ephraim's route as a Grado soldier).
Duessel
L'Arachel (While she has more of a story on Eirika's route, Ephraim really needs the help and would lack units otherwise).
Dozla (Travels with L'Arachel)
Rennac (Travels with L'Arachel)
Knoll
Eirika Route:
Innes
Gerik (Gerik's merceneries are important to the plot on Eirika's Route)
Tethys (Travels with Gerik).
Marisa (Travels with Gerik).
Saleh
Ewan (Belongs with Saleh).
Cormag (Has a bigger plot on Eirika's route with Glen).
Chapter Specific Changes:
Chapter 10A: Cormag cannot be recruited, does not move, and leaves on turn 3.
Chapter 10A: One of the generic wyvern riders now drops an Elysian Whip.
Chapter 12A: Ewan in the village is replaced by a civilain who gives the player a Dracoshield (originally in Ewan's inventory).
Chapter 12A: Marisa is replaced by a generic Myrmidon.
Chapter 13A: Gerik and Tethys do not appear.
Chapter 9B: Amelia is replaced by a generic Recruit.
Chapter 9B: Tana does not appear.
Chapter 11B: L'Arachel and Dozla do not appear.
Chapter 13B: Amelia is replaced by a generic Recruit.
Chapter 14B: Rennac is replaced by a generic Rogue.
