Hello LANL Community, I have applied for several positions at LANL over the past 2+ years. I have been interviewed six times for six different positions. A couple of these positions were cancelled, the others I was not chosen for. My instinct is that I'm only being interviewed because the interviewing team is required to show due diligence by interviewing a certain number of qualified people, even if they already have a candidate in mind already. Is there truth to this, or I am just coming close but not landing an offer? Thank you. : )
