Optiplex running like caca part 2!

Ok, I am running a dell optiplex 7060 mt with an msi rtx 3050 6gb and this is what is showing up in the diagnostics. Is either the motherboard or graphics card damaged or is this error cause by compatibility of the bus speeds?

Why my optiplex run like caca

Just got a 3050 6gb for my optiplex yesterday and my games do not smoothly even at low settings!! I have an i5 8500 and 16 gigs of ram. Also I’ve installed the latest drivers.

How to apply gauze over wound.

How should i pack my wound? Im one month post op and my surgeon recently opened up these two spots and treated them with silver nitrate. Ive been currently just loosely applying the gauze over the wound.

Silver nitrate, good or bad?

Yesterday my surgeon cauterized some spots of separation on my cleft lift wound with silver nitrate. I’ve been reading online that silver nitrate is not good for wound healing. Is that true? And whats some of y’all’s experience with silver nitrate?

Small bump at top of incision

Im 22 days post op and now have gotten this small bump. Is this another cyst or is it pimple, and should i be concerned?
