Hi All I’m looking to learn more about the laundromat business. I’ve noticed a lot of listings in my area of CT don’t allow for SBA loans is there a reason why they won’t accept SBA loans?

If you’re a wholesaler in CT my company flip properties anywhere in CT looking for atleast 50-60k profit on the back end ARV no more than 600k.
