I’ve never posted on here before but I think this would be a good place to ask for help. So last night I was sleeping on the phone with my girlfriend when i woke up and there was a dark figure standing next to my bed looking at either her or me. as Soon as I saw it darted off it’s now the next day and I feel like I’ve been being watched. idk if I’m just paranoid or what. I have NEVER been this scared in my life and would really appreciate some advice on how to make it go away.
