So, on Thursday, while I was literally at work, I got an email from Ticketmaster saying that my tickets had been cancelled. I immediately checked the SM website and sure enough all the European shows along with some other ticketing pages had been suspended.
And this is the second time

I’ve now booked flights, hotels and all the other travel stuff twice, only for the tour to be cancelled again And this time around the total damage is sitting at around ₹70,000 in flight tickets, hotels, transport and other expenses.

I’m still a Seedhe Maut fan. I still love these guys and genuinely think they’re some of the nicest people I’ve met.

But bro 70K 😭 What the hell am I supposed to do with this?

Fuck man this genuinely sucks.

Been a Seedhe Maut fan for years, which is why this hurts even more, but cancelling/postponing the EU tour just 3 days before the shows is honestly shit management.

I was supposed to attend the Amsterdam and Frankfurt shows. Planned everything around this. Flights booked , hotels booked, transport sorted and because all my bookings were within the last 7 days I’m basically getting zero refunds on anything.

And yeah, I get visa issues can happen. But at least the UK/US folks had some time to adjust plans. For us EU people, dropping this announcement literally days before is brutal.

Sure I can still travel to Amsterdam and Frankfurt, but let’s be honest the entire reason for this trip was Seedhe Maut.
