I just replaced the 27k mile OG run-flats on my 2018 coupe with four new Michelin Pilot Sport 4S A/S tires yesterday. Before I left the Discount Tire parking lot I could feel the difference. Drove about 120 miles on the highway today and boy, howdy are these an improvement. WAY less road noise, FAR better ride, still grippy AF.

Per advice on this sub, I bought a Toyota jack, puncture plug kit and high-capacity inflator for the inevitable flat tire. Backing that up I have a couple of different flat-bed towing packages for up to 150 miles.
