SCD Overview - UPDATING
I will update this as i go , but i only have so much time to write this and review all the information i have collected over 13 months.

This is not a due diligence, this is a collection of information i have collected over 1 year of watching this stock and scandium market as a whole. Some of this information will be me guessing which i will point out if that is the case.
Scandium market -
the scandium market is currently implied as a small market to retail investors. the market itself consists of alot of R&D projects , sampling , small production. A big part of the market size is due to availability, there is little doubt to the advantages of scandium additives and scandium product as a whole.
You can only reliably commit to building with scandium if you can source the product in a QTY that meets the needs of your project. This is true even as an very small added additive to an existing metal. :GUESSING: - Alot of companies are taking a wait and see approach to see what the DoD does with the metal. Some are jumping in feet first to take advantage of the additives.
The market will only grow larger , AI ,Datacenters , Aircraft , Sports products , welding , battery technology….the list goes on. Lots of discoveries likely to still be made. This market will only grow , its not a guess , its a fact. This is the reason why the metal has been added to the critical mineral list. The research was done and the metal will be required to advance technology in many ways.
I do not consider the scandium market part of the risk for SCD.
The long and winding road -
Obviously this is going to be a wild hair brained assumption/guess.
The big topic , the road.
Who is going to build this monster? Who is going to fund it? How long will it take ?
First off , no one knows how much this road will cost. anything you read online is just a guess. Professionals do not even know. its all guessing. in fact its likely irrelevant , if the government / large company does not fund this part , the mine will never be built or alternative routes will be needed. financing this with dilution is just not possible at even 1$ share price without completely destroying the stock and investment into it.
Who will build it ? , the government will have to be the one to build this road. I think they have already done the research , the commitment is there (based off the hiring internally by NRC) furthermore funding by NRC(6.9m) to fund the PFS shows they do want to see what SCD has and QTY. they are waiting on the PFS to commit, without it were just talking about a small miner. with it were talking about a substantial critical mineral that changes the game. The government will not let this sit idly by being a critical mineral , a large employer and a national trading product to offer other nations and stockpiling. If this was 5 years ago , this would be abandoned and another company would take another run at it if it was not successful.
The time it will take to build this will be not a small amount of time. but after a FS , the road could be completed in the amount if time it takes for the mine to be completed.
The road itself will be built along a treacherous terrain at best in the summer , permafrost in the winter. it will likely need to handle 50T+ loaded rock trucks depending on how the mines operations end up working out. its not going to be a simple backroad.
Indigenous environmental study also is a hurdle , however they have shown great commitment to this project by both investing and starting the study for the road. however , they have not officially committed to the road feasibility.

SCD continues to be a high speculative play , this should not be taken as advice to buy this stock , its not due diligence but more for clarity for anyone who would like to get into a ground floor junior with significant potential.
