Has anyone recreated the Sconyers 1841 Vinegar-based barbecue sauce?

I know Sconyers is polarizing around here, but I grew up with it when I would travel every year to Augusta because most of my family lives in the area. I live in Phoenix and we make Southern-style barbecue every year, but we've never been able to make a sauce that satisfies our craving for the 1841 (clear bottle) sauce at Sconyers. If anyone has had success making it at home, I'd love to try your recipe!

The only thing to go off of is a single quote from Larry Sconyers where he stated "Basically it's cayenne pepper, ground pepper, small amount of salt, tomato paste, vinegar and mustard". I've asked him in-person as well if he could tell me any other details, but he just said that was all he is willing to share. Any help would be appreciated!
