Soooooo
Long story short I woke up today and decided to have a "green" themed food day, sponsored by Gir.
Stay tuned for blue themed food day 🥲
Meals in order:
- Spinach-oats pancakes (they taste exactly like regular pancakes
- Green hummus: chickpeas, cilantro, baby spinach, green onions, garlic, lime, tahini and salt
- Chunky pesto pasta with a chicken breast
- Dessert: two store bought mochis and green-matcha tea
- Gym snack: Protein cracker with pesto paste and half a green apple
