My pup is a rescue female German Sheperd, around 9 weeks old, obviously intact due to age. I am located in West Virginia. She has received her first set of puppy vaccines and I am returning on the 20th for her next vaccines, but I dont get paid till Tuesday and can't take her to the vet right now.

She has been gently bathed 2-3 times now in the past 2 weeks (she was 7 weeks when we got her, no mom) because she has long fur and will roll around in her pee lol.

I noticed these yellow spots on her stomach today.

I will NOT try to pop or drain them, but I would like to know what I could possibly be dealing with and what to prevent them. IMO it reminds me of acne.
