Had a great time painting up this Guillotine sculpt! The 3D model is based on u/kapitan_black7's art inspired by Studio Nue's Japanese Battletech.
I just love the repeated cross-pollination of Eastern and Western mecha genres that got us here, it's such a fun story that shows how wonderful art can be.
I wanted a change of pace from all the mechs so I painted up some lil guys! It's pretty amazing how much detail you can get at these small scales with resin printers.
First time trying my hand at a SENMM canopy with this Battlemaster for my Aces campaign homebrew mercs, Pedro's Crimson Cavalry! The color scheme is based on 40K Crimson Fists and the model was reposed to put it more in line with Karl Kopinski's iconic artwork.
A Warhammer IIC inspired by the original VMI color plates in TRO 3055! I went with a more saturated palette just to have fun with it but I plan on doing more of the VMI mechs and trying out the more desaturated look in the future.
Another classic omni for the Scorpion's Alpha Galaxy and it doesn't get more iconic than a Timber Wolf! This one swaps the box launchers and lower arms with some printed conversion bits to make an A-config.

A 5th Sword of Light Hitotsume Kozo! This was my first time doing airbrush OSL so it was a little nerve-wracking spraying over a perfectly finished model. I'm pretty happy with how it came out though!

This sculpt really grew on me, as an AGoC box mini I didn't really expect the pose to have the amount of dynamic motion it actually does.
For a basic green scheme I'm pretty pleased with how much of the color wheel I managed to fit onto this ELH Owens!
It tickles me that the Brotherhood of Randis canonically are some of the only people to have Rampages post-Star League So naturally I had to print/paint one up!
I did some digital assembly to get as close to Brent Evans’ original line art as possible while still respecting the physical geometry of the mech and I love how it came out.
For my Scouring Sands campaign I decided to paint up a non-canon Merc scheme inspired by Cyberpunk’s Trauma Team. I really loved the shade of teal that came out in the end!
Man I love the Cicada! he’s mostly just a dinky lil guy but the 4A with VSPs is a terror.
This is such a neat scheme! It’s definitely got me thinking about doing more Canopians. Also god bless airbrushes because this would have taken me forever to blend manually.
A nice simple scheme on a classic Mech! On this one I tried to be less lazy on the metallics and shade/highlight it like you would with normal acrylics and I think the results are noticeable.
I absolutely hate the ilClan era Wolves but man is the Alpha Wolf such a cool looking mech. So thankfully through the power of salvage and necrosia my Seekers somehow managed to get their hands on one!
