How much do you try to hide your intention to not move forward with a candidate?
I feel like I just had a good interview, but it ended before the full allotted time, and the doubts are creeping in.
I'm imagining the people I interviewed with laughing behind my back despite the nice things they said.
Do you do that? Do you hide your true opinion of a candidate you found to be ridiculous?
