I extracted scent from a banana and accidentally created a Gourmand EmParfum

I’ve been experimenting with extracting scent from natural ingredients and decided to try banana. Honestly I expected it to smell like a candy or something synthetic.

What I actually got was a warm Gourmand with cocoa butter and cashmere notes. It genuinely surprised me — it lasted all day and had real depth to it.
The process took about 2 days from start to finish including letting it develop properly. I documented the whole thing if anyone wants to see the exact method I used.

Has anyone else experimented with fruit extraction? Curious if anyone has got similar results or totally different outcomes with other fruits.
