Anybody here working for a health authority as an HCA/care aide?

I’m currently working in home care in BC and trying to figure out how hard it is to get into a Health Authority these days, especially as an immigrant.
Speak Mandarin and Korean. English: Clb9.

I’m pretty open when it comes to location — I’d honestly be willing to move to a smaller town or more rural area if that’s where the jobs are. I actually prefer home support/home care work over facility work, anyway, since I’ve mostly been doing one-on-one care.
