Anyone Accused of AI Usage in The Civil Engineering Program

Hello, I’ve been seeing a couple of posts about AI accusations and I wanted to ask if anyone in the Civil Engineering program has ever been accused of academic misconduct because of AI? Are the professors in the program very strict with this?

Question About Taking A Board Exam In the US

I’m just wondering as a Canadian citizen, do I require a visa or some sort of permission in order to take a board exam in the US? I’m planning to take the FE exam in the US in the near future mainly because I need it to complete a online program(from a US school) that I plan to take. The FE exam is a requirement to get the degree, but I am unable to take it in Canada because the engineering boards do not allow you to take it unless you have registered(which requires a degree to register). Thats why I plan on taking it in the US, but I wasn’t sure if I need any special visa to take it?

*Just a bit of background, the FE Exam would only take me a full day to complete, so I plan on returning the next day or even the same day.

▲ 2 r/tnvisa

Out of curiosity, is it possible for a Canadian who graduated from an ABET Accredited ETAC program in civil engineering technology get a TN visa for civil engineering jobs in the US? I know that Civil Engineering degrees are pretty straight forward, but was curious how it works for civil engineering technology grads. I understand that not all states accept the degree for PE eligibility, but majority do.
