I’m currently exploring a remote opportunity with a company based outside Morocco, potentially paid in USD.

For those who have worked remotely for a foreign company while based in Morocco, what should I clarify before accepting the offer?

Mainly interested in contract setup, payment method, gross vs net salary, taxes, and any red flags to watch out for.
