Why dont golems spawn after I decorated the iron farm? (1.20.1)

So some time ago I constructed a basic iron farm (4 villagers + zombie). Nearby stands a basic monster farm. both farms worked well when they were not decorated. Later I added this castle-like exterior. The monster farm works well, however the iron farm... Although the space for golem spawn is still clearly available, they dont spawn. Villagers are still scared, they are right below the golem spawn area. I dont understand why the farm no longer works. Yes, my world is modded but it has no correlation with iron farm. Any advice on how to fix it?

My graduation dress (1896). Second pic is inspiration

Approximately 350€ in material costs. I managed to do it in only about 2.5 weeks. All silk fabric (sadly not ribbons). Overall a great success, I got many compliments

1920s silk underwear

Had just enough fabric to use. I even managed to do neat 6mm French seams. I heard the industry standard is 5mm

I IMMENSELY struggle with cutting even pieces

I truly cant measure anything decently, no matter how much I try, straight lines aren't straight, identical squares are NEVER identical, I cant do 45, 90, 30, any degree angles. I can sew decently, especially hand sewing. I can do appliqué, and I like it. But the sole thought or attempt of cutting even 3 5×5cm squares is frightening. I wanted to make patchwork historical skirt. Now I gave up any attempts to use my fabric scraps for this because I cannot cut evenly and neatly. I thought of using fabric scraps as batting but people say its bad. I just want to quilt something without wanting to smack myself every time I try to measure. I just want to make a quilted skirt and use my fabric scraps (preferably for batting) and not go through cutting which has 100% failure rate
