Can we get to know each other's jee and pcm score so that we could find about the type of crowd

Mine is 85.8 and 87

Can I take admission but give the tc later on as it is not issued yet also i had to come on 7th July ?

I talked with one of the counsellor she said that it will start on 8th July

But according to calender it should be start by 3rd August
