Bishop's god had a disappointing first impression

For a "God" with "the most flawless gift ever" this glorified homunculus was really disappointing for its first battle. Before someone pulls the "you shouldn't expect it to be strong from the get go" let me remind you that Engen got a random shard from a tower which conveniently made him immediately strong enough to fight an Elder on the first try with zero drawbacks. With all the genetic engineering, shard implanting and other Frankenstein bullshit combined with the Steel Witch's genetic material I was expecting something more impressing than what we got.

Even with it apparently being incomplete I still expected God to at least badly injurie Engen with some overpowered gift or at worst force Engen to fight seriously while still easly matching his power without suffering any injuries. I would have expected Engen who has been arrogantly stomping weaklings all this time to actually be cautious and actually treat this as a life or death battle.

I was hoping for a "If this God is so strong when it is incomplete imagine how insanely strong it will be when it is complete." moment but instead it was overwhelmed by Engen within a minute of fighting him...truly worth the hype.

Also not a fan of it having human emotions if that makes sense. You'd think God would view things from a different perspective than normal humans. I'm not saying it has to be arrogant but it should literally think and see things differently because it technically isn't even human or at least that is what I assumed it would have been taught.

Also Engen acting smug while stomping weaklings got old fast so I was hoping for a meaty fight considering he contributed jackshit during the Steel Witch fight. Him getting his ass kicked would also be a nice change of pace from the smiling man wins...over and over while being smug for the thousandth time.
