Hey there I am a Male and new to delhi(just moved here for work) and wanted to know about flats around the yellow line. I just wanted to know if someone has any leads on any flats for furnished 1bhk or shared room in a furnished flat in a budget range of 12-13k.

My requirement is that I am a non veg eater, so people comfortable in eating or cooking non veg are preferred. I don't want too far in the yellow line like in the north it is okay till GTB Nagar and in the south it is okay till saket. Also It should be chill guys with no hate or something towards any things or people.
