Is there any way to trigger any kind of Swirls with Citlali so i can use her alongside Cinder City for an Anemo main DPS?
I have been thinking it might be possible now through Stellar Swirl because maybe she can trigger the reaction but idk for sure because i don't have her (yet i'm working on it) or Sandrone
can anyone test this? and if there's any other way please let me know ill double down on getting her if its possible
